Apply New TSO Userid

Dear Team,

While registering for New TSO user Id, I get below error message. I tried requesting JZ2109 user ID.
Sorry, due to our system overloaded, your userid is temporarily disabled.

I am novice to this system.
Is it like new Desired TSO User ID that I am requesting is already disabled?
Could you please guide me, what is going wrong while requesting new user ID?

You are sure you get this message:

"Sorry, due to our system overloaded, your userid is temporarily disabled."

Maybe you can try again and Cut&Paste the real reply, as the above is not a message issued by the web interface.

Thank you for your reply.
I understood why I was not able to apply for new TSO Userid.
The reason is, I was applying for user id using my rediff mail id.
It is not working in that case.
System returns message as below.
"Sorry, due to our system overloaded, your userid is temporarily disabled.".
When I used my other e-mail ID, with rest same information. It worked.
