How can I get UserID?

I'm a new one . I want to contect the Mainframe, but I don't know how I can get the UserID, IP address and password?
Who can tell me what I should do? Thank you very much.

I hope you are aware that in addition to a userid, its initial password, and the URL used to connect to the Fandezhi mainframe, you also need to install a program called a 3270 emulator to use to contact the Fandezhi system. This is discussed in the mainframe FAQ section.
