Can we use omvs here?

I am getting error while getting in to omvs? Admins can use omvs here? if so could you please help me fix the below issue.

sysprog will have to help you with this. If I go into OMVS, I end up in u/prino, "cd .." and an "ls pl*" doesn't show it. I can probably create it, but I've got no clue how to hand it over to you.
