I created my account today, but when I try to access, the system disconnects.
Can what it be?

I found the problem. My user had the prefix "IBM". I deleted this user and created a new one.

I understand the FanDezhi rules and I looked the rules before. Work in a bank does not mean that I will use the system for corporate purposes. I'm in search of more knowledge, only this.
