can't connect to fandezhi.efglobe.com

When I tried to use PCOMM to connect DEZHI MVS by HostName=fandezhi.efglobe.com, it seemed failed.

Even I was not even able to ping fandezhi.efglobe.com, I always get timeouts.

Could anyone tell me what happened? Thank you very much！

I just connected OK using QWS 3270 and WC3270. There was no indication of either a system outage or network outage.
