JES2 cold start, too.
I just made a copy of SYSFAN.MANY, before someone decides to clear it. It was almost full, anyway. The last record date/time seems a little strange.

Can you ask sysprog to look into DB2 and CICS. Both are down (and have been down for months) and I simply don't have the knowledge to get them up again.
