IKJ565420I Userid JOHNT not authorized to use TSO

I have used the system successfully on and off for the past several months, but haven't been on in about two weeks. I attempted to log on today and received the message:
IKJ565420I Userid JOHNT not authorized to use TSO

I have been doing some pretty basic REXX testing and have only allocated a couple of datasets I believe was in conformance with the policy. Can you please assist me in identifying what the issue is?

Regards,
John Turincs

I've unblocked you, the admins, me included don't like to see (any more) "Hello" nonsense! I do have doubts about your z/OS skills, but for know I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, helped by the fact that you actually registered with (what seems to be) a real name.

Thank you. Assuming you were referring to the "Hello World" exec, it was strictly to illustrate the concept of LIBDEF handling. If you would like to see the full context of the article I was working on, go to www.turincs.com, select the MISC menu item and then select REXX, or go here

You're obviously not a newbie, which is good.

Had a look at your website, if you're using FanDeZhi to develop and test code that's for non-commercial use, you can do so. If you want to use FanDeZhi to develop commercial code, that's a no-no!

And as for the REXX code on your website, may I suggest you have a look at the 'EHI*' edit macros in 'SYSFAN.USER.REXXLIB', to convert REXX (and PL/I, JCL, COBOL, ASSEMBLER) into ISPF HILITE coloured HTML.

Thanks for the reference to your edit macro - I look forward to seeing it. Do I need to request a reset or anything to log back on? I'm still receiving the IKJ56420I message for user JOHNT.
Regards,
John

Your ID has been completely reset, though your password was not changed.

Thank you - I have been able to get back in successfully. I also used the EHIREXX Color coding and html generation - very nice!
