Service outage Sep 21-22

Due to relocation of servers the Dezhi site will be unavailable in the weekend of Sep 21-22.

I've put an expiring note in the logon exec to warn users about this.

Updated: Service will be down Sep 20th afternoon, and may be back up earlier Sep 21st.

Service back to normal... There were 4 days outage in total due to the DNS issue.
