Your ID got multiple RACF violations when you attempted to peek at another user's job. Some users are very sensitive about this, though, in truth, I'm not so sure what you could figure out by doing this. The admins might have ignored this had you stopped after the first violation, but you kept trying.
It is unlikely the admins will reinstate your ID.

My apologies for the same. I will only restrict my work with datasets allocated to me. Also will refrain from doing any other activity. Kindly request you to reinstate my id.

Also I am using my id only for editing datasets allocated to my ID. I have prepared some tasks of basic TSO commands which I want to practice. Kindly request you to reinstate my id.

You're what we call in Dutch "hardleers". When you log on to FanDeZhi, you get umpteen screens with do's and dont's and you are informed to read the FAQ's on this site. If you don't, and subsequently screw up, you are out.
