Transfer from LOADLIB via FTP

Hi, I try to transfer from the library CENNINI.COBOL.LOADLIB to my PC using FTP.
I get connected to efglobe.com, my userid and password are correct, cd 'CENNINI.COBOL.LOADLIB' is accepted, binary is accepted, but the command GET VLTM2510 never end and the file isn't transferred.
I use the ftp to upload and download a source to CENNINI.COBOL.SOURCE (without binary) and it worked fine.
Could you please give an help ?

The FTP supports only fix block datasets. The LOADLIB is better to converted to fix blocked datasets, via TSO XMIT command or TRSMAIN utility (compression utlity, and better than XMIT).
