This message may appear for two reasons.
  • The userid is not defined in the system. This appears to be the case for U750324.
  • The userid has been banned by the admins for one reason or another, and the ability to use TSO has been removed. U750324 is not banned.
Banned users are eventually deleted, but there is no evidence U750324 has been banned. The admins delete userids for two other reasons.
  1. The userid has not been used for more than 1 year.
  2. A new user has not logged on within 1 month.

I didn't use my user for more than 1 year.

Have my libraries been deleted too ?

You need to create another one, and yes, once the admins delete a user, everything is deleted, including their datasets.

Your data is your responsibility. If you need backups, use ADRDSSU to pack all of your datasets, then use AMATERSE to compress the resulting dump dataset and subsequently ftp (or IND$FILE) it to your own system.

Fandezhi doesn't back up users' data or libraries for them.
You are expected to make your own arrangements, so if you don't have backup copies of your own stuff, then it's gone.

Since U750324 is not banned, you can reuse the ID. However, you do have to recreate the ID. Go to the Mainframe FAQ section, find the How can I obtain a TSO userid? topic and follow its links. If it refuses to recreate U750324, select the Delete Your TSO Userid link and tell the web site to delete the ID, the select the Apply New TSO Userid link and try again.
