Unfortunately, there is a never ending job - BCT188M - that many fools attempt to look at. These fools - the most recent was U5DWARD - can no longer use the system. See the very last paragraph in Why does my userid not work. This job has essentially no effect on anyone else. It started February 2, and it has used 4.27 seconds CPU as of a few minutes ago.
