Hello,
Is your current COBOL supporting SCREEN-SECTION? I'm using an old MICRO FOCUS COBOL book and I'm trying to code a sample program with screens... I keep blowing up at the compile step... Googled the errors and found out that SCREEN-SECTION may not be supported by all Enterprise Cobol compilers.... Didn't know that!

Is the Cobol compiler compliant with ANS COBOL 85

Any ideas would be appreciated...

IBM Cobol is compliant with IBM Cobol...

Don't expect any features supported by other compiler vendors,if you want screens start learning CICS & BMS
