My compilation JCL is showing error that i dont have Authority to write to CICSTS23.CICS.SDFHLOAD library.
Please give me the authority so that I can proceed

Please include the JOBNAME and JESNO in any postings.

And no, you will not get update access to 'CICSTS23.CICS.SDFHLOAD', this is a system library and that is absolutely off-limits to users.

From what I can gather, you probably need to compile into 'SYSFAN.CICS.LOAD'.
