The admins are aware this message can occur for multiple, innocent actions, but they key on ACCESS INTENT(ALTER ), which literally means the user is attempting to delete the catalog. They seldom bann an ID for a single violation, but LARRY followed this 6 more violations. To the admins this indicates a willful intent to damage the system.
It is the policy of the admins that once a user is banned, that person is banned forever. There have been repeated attempts to revive the userid, either as LARRY, or through multiple permutations such as LARRYK2. This is why you keep getting kicked out.
