Userid FS6517C not authorized to use TSO

Good Evening Everybody, I've just obtained my TSO Userid yesterday, but I'm unable to access TSO for I receive the following error message: "Userid FS6517C not authorized to use TSO". Could you please help me? Thank you very much and bye.

There is no "FS6517C" userid on the system, but there seems to have been (at least for me) an outage last evening. You might want to use the website to delete it and then reapply.
