CICS not working

Hello
CICS region is not starting properly. I get a black screen.
Could you please fix it when you get a chance ?

The admins noted some unknown misguided user was attempting to use CICS in a fashion that could potentially damage the system. The admins are debating how to resolve this problem. When they have developed a solution that will make it possible to run CICS safely in the FanDeZhi system it will be restarted.
The most likely solution will impact those users that attach personal data sets to CICS. There will be an announcement in this forum when CICS is restarted.

A possible correction for the security problem detected several days ago has been applied to the system and CICS has been started.

The correction did not work, and CICS has been stopped again until further notice!
