The system outage starting November 20 appears to have damaged volumes FUSR14 and FUSR16.
To aid our users in recovering from this problem the admins have authorized the use of DELETE dataset NOSCRATCH, which is normally prohibited.
In addition, you are invited to browse SYSFAN.DISKCOMP.NOV26.LPT. This data set will show the data data set changes from roughly 00:00 November 25 through 00:00 November 26.

I assume this should be SYSFAN.DISKCOMP.NOV25.LPT?
