Hello,
I lost my TSO session and could not reconnect to it or log on. With self-service closed, how do I get my TSO session canceled so that I can log on again?

Unfortunately, you wait an hour or so until (usually) the system cancels your session. As I write this about 1600 I think your session was canceled.
