am trying to connect to efglobe with host as fandezhi.com and port : 23
pl. advice if this has changed

The Fandezhi z/OS system has been down for almost a year. It's unlikely it will be revived as it was falling apart a year ago.
The URL in the topic starter's post was never, ever, the correct URL to access the Fandezhi system, though the port was correct.
