IMS DBD Reversal utility - FABNRVRS

I would like to know if the IMS environment have the DBD Reversal utility FABNRVRS.

I tried to look into IMS810.* members but could not find this program. I have also tried to find using the *.LIU* mask name without success either.
Is this installed in another dataset? If so, which is the dataset name?
If the system does not have it, is there any way to have it instaled??
