Can i able to create IMS database in this system and run IMS DB/DC Program.
Please help me out.

The quickest way to find out is to try!

If you can compile and link IMS programs you should be able to run them in batch but online may be a bit more difficult...I just tried to get onto the IMS system and had my telnet session terminated with no warning!
