Sep 14 at 02:41:16.11 my session got an IEC143I 213-04 ABEND trying to open userid.ADCD.ISPPROF. A review of SYSLOG after restarting my TSO session showed two

IOS000I 0AB0,**,SIM,**,**06,,,FUSR09,userid

messages just before the ABEND.

After restarting my TSO session, I noticed that userid.ADCD.ISPPROF is now on a different volume, after receiving 4 more IOS000i messages while the session started.

I got a similar error trying to access another data set on FUSR09; a data set created just yesterday. When I attempted to list my userid data sets on FUSR09 using ISPF 3.4, i got a "VTOC error" message; it seems FUSR09 is completely dead. Fortunately, these 2 data sets are the only data sets I had on FUSR09.
