ABEND APC3 while running CICS transaction

My Transaction RT24 is being abbended with code APC3....
And corresponding program rt24ap1 is being disabled....


Its due to cics language environment problem....

Please kindly assist me....

I'm in office and would not like to connect to Dezhi Mainframes from here, said that - APC3 means, from the manuals - an attempt to run the program has failed because CICS has identified the program as 'Language Environment enabled' but Language Environment support is not present in the system.

Dezhi system provides LE, so I'm little confused here. Will try to check this in evening...

I checked yesterday, and initializaion of the LE support failed during CICS startup. Right now CICS is not up, but this problem is the same as a couple of days ago.
Seems to be a case for sysprog again...
