As for your question, as stated it makes no sense. You cannot access the fandezhi system with a browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. You must use a 3270 emulator program. If you do not know how to obtain and use a 3270 emulator you have no reason to try to use fandezhi. Several possible options are discussed in the Mainframe FAQ section of this web site, as well as the one and only URL you must supply to the 3270 emulator program when it starts.
