NOT able to create table in db2

Hello,

I have the same problem under spufi to create a database :

CREATE DATABASE PGDB001
STOGROUP SYSDEFLT
BUFFERPOOL BP0
CCSID EBCDIC;

DSNT408I SQLCODE = -904, ERROR: UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED BY AN
UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE. REASON 00C90081, TYPE OF RESOURCE 00000201, AND
RESOURCE NAME DSNDB06 .DSNADH01

I would have liked to recreate a small base study to review the SQL functions.

For some reason DB2 (or something DB2) is stopped. You'll have to PM sysporg to get this sorted out.
