I am trying to connect using my usierid and password after disconnect but again and again it shows message 'LOGON or LOGOFF'
I did logoff , disconnect using user support site
but not able to logon successfully, It is disconnecting again and again.

The system administrators most likely will have to IPL the system before this problem will be cleared. Prino (who is not one of the system administrators) has clearly stated he has no idea when this will be done.

Prino has also asked that no more of thes "I can't logon" be made until this problem has been resolved. As the post was right at the top of the list you should have been able to see, read and not post.

Unfortunately I just discovered this problem in connection to OSI. This is unfortunate. However I logged a few days ago.
So we have to wait, the time required to SYSPROG to control all that.
Perhaps an IPL, as suggested by Steve?
