As DSNDB06 seems to be stopped, it must be restarted:

So, sysprog is not available; that's a pity, but there must be anybody who has the rights to execute the start, or any other commands that are necessary to solve this issue! DEZHI is GREAT, but a mainframe without DB2 is only a half.
I think there are some DEZHI users who can willingly take this over, and has experience.
