HI Sir,

Again my id arun002 is blocked.

What happen to my id

i am getting message "NO BROADCAST MESSAGES" PLZ TELL ME SIR

I'm confident you noticed the TESTE BLACKS message. This was a "broadcast" message someone prepared many months ago. Evidently an administrator finally removed the message, so you are getting "NO BROADCAST MESSAGES" in its place. The other fixed messages you have been getting are from another source.

Actually, if you did not realise what NO BROADCAST MESSAGES meant then it is doubtful that you have the experience to be let loose on a mainframe unsupervised.

i just running cobol programs for that i need compiler, that's why i referred SYSFAN.PROCLIB.

Basically, Prino is saying nclouston's comment is correct. The reference is from shooting something - an arrow or a bullet from a gun, for example - at a target. A "bullseye" is the center of the target; hitting the "bullseye" signifies accuracy.
