Login = Logoff ?

Dear Support,

ICH7000lI U818729 LHST ACCESS QT 02:25:06 ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2012
U8l8729 LOGON IN PROGRESS AT 02:32:01 ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2012
NO BROADCAST MESSAGES
U818729 LOGGED OFF TSO QT 02:32:03 ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2012

I think, it is the most typical request on DEZHI support to clear a message like this.
The reason is normally the misusing of standards of DEZHI. So - as in my fall actually - I post a new topic,
and the supportler reacts sooner or later with an explanation (followed typically by some comments).
My I recommend an other way, namely, the one who bans the user, can mail her/him, describing the reason WHY and HOW?
So can we spare the board for really important Q/A.

For my case: I consider myself for an experienced user (although I am since some times "out of business", and I must familiarize me again in some trivials on special reasons). Even so, I can not recognize any erratic behaviour on my side. So please clarify me, and I will try to avoid this in the future.
Again, if my misbehaviour was a typical one, so answer it pls. public, to deserve a closer attention.

Thank you again in advance,
Gabor

You caused several RACF violations on 'SYSFAN.CICS.SDFHMAC' and 'CICSTS23.CICS.SDFHLOAD' by using the IBM standard procedure to assemble maps.

For the macro library you must use a library of yourself, for the CICS load library, you must use 'SYSFAN.CICS.LOAD'.

I've take you out of the auto-logoff list, so you should be OK again.

Prino,

...on the other side, you can see in FAQ...

Where can I save my CICS maps and load modules.

Please use following datasets for your CICS maps and load modules:
User CICS load modules:

Code: Select all
SYSFAN.CICS.LOAD

User CICS maps:

Code: Select all
SYSFAN.CICS.SDFHMAC

Best Regards,

You are right, this is inconsistent. 'SYSFAN.CICS.SDFHMAC' should be "UACC(UPDATE)". The admins will have to change this.

Unlikely.

'SYSFAN.CICS.SDFHMAC has been damaged by people attempting to store load modules in it, Who knows what other damage has been done to it.

I remember this unfortunate episode. I'll change the FAQ to tell users they need their own data set!
