Did you read Rules for using z/OS - work in progress, return frequently!?

Given what you were doing, the answer is a very resounding No, and that's why you were banned, plain and simple.

Rule number 6 clearly states:

6. When you submit a job, check that
  • it isn't looping - if it is taking more than a few minutes, cancel it!
  • it isn't waiting for data sets - if it is, get out of those data sets, do not submit umpteen more copies of the same job
  • it doesn't produce excessive amounts of output - if it does, cancel it!
  • always purge the output of jobs that ended in a S722 abend!

Your job had been running for 4 minutes prior to it being cancelled by me, and in that time it had produced 42,000+ WTO's.

If you're to dumb to figure out that an assembler program of a few lines should not run for more than a few milliseconds, producing only a few lines of output, you do not have any business accessing FanDeZhi.

I don't know what kind of Assembler training encourages a beginner to use WTO for debugging. In the real world, using WTO for anything is not encouraged.

There are other reasons why WTO is a bad choice. It is difficult for a beginner to insert data into the message, and this data can be important for debugging.

I've been writing Assembler for more than 40 years, and I rarely use WTO.

I doubt the admins will reverse their decision.

No, I just rarely use WTO. I do use WTO MF=(E,msg), which usually amounts to an SVC 35. This amounts to using my message generator to construct the message, and then I add MCSTYPE and the descriptor and route data manually before the WTO.
